Fantoche started in 1960 as a small family company that made budines, cookies and alfajores. They innovated with the last one, adding one more layer of Dulce de Leche and an extra cookie, being the first Triiple Alfajor. With this new product they grew into one of the most famous brands of alfajores and pastry products of the country.
